There is much more work to do
John DiLullo, Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales, F5 Networks
“Throughout my entire career, I have been privileged to work alongside many of the most inspiring and gifted women in the technology field. It’s a deep source of joy to me to have witnessed the gains that women have made toward achieving ‘equal pay for equal work,’ capturing more leadership roles, and realizing work environments free of bias and discrimination.
But there is much more work to do. That’s just one of the reasons that I support International Women’s Day.
"On this day, we not only celebrate the strides we’ve made, but also remind ourselves of how much work still lies ahead. At F5, we are deeply committed to improving gender diversity in recruitment, professional development and career advancement in our company, in our industry and in our community. It’s an undisputed fact - diverse, empowered teams are effective and productive teams. Promoting gender diversity and events like International Women’s Day are not only the right things to do, but they’re also simply good for business. We’re leaning-in at F5.”
