Elif is a seasoned HR professional, DEIB practitioner, and leadership coach with over 17 years of diverse experience in global organizations across industries such as Alcatel-Lucent, British American Tobacco, Philips Lighting, and Signify. Her expertise lies in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging, Leadership, and Team Coaching. With a multicultural background encompassing Turkiye and the Netherlands, Elif has led teams across geographies and cross-cultural environments.
In her previous role as Global DEI Director, Elif spearheaded the strategic direction for global DEI initiatives, seamlessly integrating them into company business and people processes. Her influential leadership earned recognition through regional and international DEI awards.
Elif holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and is certified in Co-Active Coaching and Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching. She is also a proud member of ICF and actively supports various social impact organizations, including as a Board Member for the She Supplies Foundation and as Europe P&C Circle Lead for the Turkish WIN.
