Berenice Howard-Smith

Award-wining creative designer, coach, business owner, podcaster & community owner

Berenice has been through failed IVF and miscarriages, and found her way back from the darkest of grief by leaning into her identity as a designer and studying for a Masters degree in Graphic Design and Typography.  She was a committee member for Pecha Kucha Cambridge and EDIB trained with We Create Space.

She can provide talks on gender and creativity, and design history. She is also part of the Full Stop, an online community and podcast for those who identify as childless not by choice, and a former World Childless Week Ambassador. She can provide talks on creating parental allies, and inclusion for childlessness.

Berenice can adapt her talks to suit and relate to your specific audience and industry at specialist events.

Speaking experience: talks on design for Anglia Ruskin University, The Association of Jewish Refugees, London Charterhouse, The David Parr House and University Library. Social design talks and talks about childlessness and infertility for Fertility Fest and appeared on Soho Radio as a guest of Bibi Lynch, and at Cambridge University Press.
