"When it comes to the topic of gender parity, there's a lot of talk and a lot of action, but not all of it is effective for such a complex issue. In recognition of International Women’s Day, I challenge organizations to prioritize building a pipeline of female talent at all levels. It's important to build a supportive network and provide development opportunities for women as they advance in their careers. As the global vice chair of talent at EY, I'm proud of the progress we have made in getting women into key leadership roles, but there's more work to be done.

It's about establishing role models and mentors for younger women in the workforce and setting them up for success.
