Professional Cricketers' Association focuses on the need to Give to Gain in Sport

Of all the sporting associations in the United Kingdom, the Professional Cricketers’ Association (PCA) is one of the most progressive. With a firm and tenacious commitment to forging gender equality in sport, the PCA champions the ongoing interests of professional cricketers in England and Wales.

The PCA continuously aims to ensure that professional cricketers work in an inclusive environment protected from discrimination, where every player is actively supported and included, and has the knowledge and support necessary to challenge any form of discrimination. And, this is indeed critical if women are to enjoy an equal playing pitch.

International Women's Day sees the Professional Cricketers' Association (PCA) host an inspiring Give to Gain in Sport event at the iconic Lord’s Cricket Ground in London, UK, following the success of the PCA's previous IWD events in 2024 and 2025.

In partnership with the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB), the PCA explores the International Women’s Day Give to Gain campaign theme, focusing on the need to drive positive change in the world of sport and to highlight positive steps being made for gender equity across the cricket arena.
