Marketing agency Starbots Creative showcases their impressive design skills
For International Women's Day, organizations across the creative industry came together to support gender equality, using their platforms to champion women's voices and drive meaningful change.
Each year the IWD Lettering Challenge, in association with the global Typism community, showcases the impressive talent of creators who help raise awareness about gender equality.
UK creative marketing agency Starbots Creative stepped forward to embark on the challenge, creating exciting lettering designs suporting the Give to Gain campaign.
"The design frames Give to Gain as shared positive energy. When women support, uplift and invest in one another, that energy flows outward — creating growth, opportunity and collective progress," said Starbots Creative when sharing Charlotte's design.
Creating bold and playful 3D typography
The design was created by Starbots Creative Content Manager Charlotte Johnson, who shapes the voice of brands, creating messaging that feels authentic, engaging and human.
Whether developing campaign narratives, long-form content or digital copy, Charlotte ensures brands connect with audiences in a way that’s both meaningful and effective. With experience across education, local government and culture, Charlotte knows how to turn complex messages into compelling stories.
Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys films, TV and books - anything with a great story - and loves holidaying with family and friends. She says she is also a "bottomless brunch connoisseur."
