Gender and Social Inclusion Expert/Thought leader

Ibukun Omololu is a seasoned gender and social inclusion expert with over 18 years of cross-sector experience spanning finance, consulting, education, philanthropy and workforce transformation. She is the founder of Teal Tree Company, a women-led consulting and advocacy firm shaping safer workplaces and communities through interventions and campaigns.

Through her work, Ibukun has partnered with organizations including leading corporates, civic society groups and global funds to design strategies that tackle financial stress, workplace harassment and harmful gender norms. She is the brain behind the ASH Campaign (Anti-Sexual Harassment), which equips businesses and organizations with tools to create safe, inclusive cultures. She is also leading the development of a Family Resource Guide in collaboration with researchers and educators, and a financial literacy edutech app for women, bridging gaps in access, confidence, and economic empowerment.  Ibukun's work bridges the worlds of policy, corporate governance, and grassroots realities, equipping organizations, governments, and communities with tools to challenge harmful gender norms, advance equity and empower both women and men to thrive.
