Hear from women at AECOM
Shevira, an AECOM associate in South Africa,
manages a team of six and is a highly motivated individual. "I enjoy learning what motivates others, encouraging them and helping them perform at
their highest levels. My success in my current role is an indicator of my commitment to excellence and my understanding of what it takes to be
successful. I have embraced the opportunities that AECOM has given me to enhance my expertise and simultaneously achieve the company’s longer
term goals and objectives, and I will certainly continue to add value to the organization."
Cynthia, leader of AECOM's mission support
operations, is responsible for managing multiple manned and unmanned aircraft maintenance and modification programs throughout the United

goals alongside a group of very engaged colleagues.
Krystel, as a Part II architectural designer,
has worked on conceptual designs through to construction, designing in collaboration with key influential architects. Having worked on large stadia
projects as a graduate has helped her to develop her skills in a multidisciplinary environment. "AECOM has given me the opportunity to work
alongside highly skilled professionals who have helped me to develop as a designer. Working side by side with my peers and mentors has taught me
about the core values AECOM adheres to: professionalism, respect, challenges and diversity. My most exciting project has been working on a
40,000-seat stadium in the Middle East; it was delivered in BIM and by far has been the most challenging and inquisitive project to date. Being
part of AECOM gives me the sense of community and friendship. I enjoy being part of the dynamic discovery that AECOM takes on a daily basis."
Laura joined AECOM after graduating from the
University of Sheffield. "I was keen to work for a multidisciplinary architecture practice and the size and scope of AECOM’s projects and their use
of Building Information Modelling (BIM) drew me to the company. From day one, my line manager and mentor have involved me in projects and training
which have helped me to develop existing skills and learn a variety of new ones ... The AECOM graduate scheme has given me the opportunity to meet
graduates from offices all over the UK & Ireland, and to hear about the different business lines within AECOM and the projects which are taking
place across the globe. What has struck me about AECOM is how supportive they are in making your career with them what you want it to be."
Marianna joined as a graduate engineer within
AECOM's Strategic Highways team. "Working closely with experienced people helped me adjust faster and obtain an in-depth knowledge of the procedures
and processes adopted. The GDP provides a great opportunity to network with other graduates from various business lines across the UK. Seeking ways
in which to develop professionally and improve on inherent attributes is the key to a progressive career in engineering."

Glasgow and has worked on a variety of projects. "I enjoy site work, as I like to see projects in context and how data is collected for project planning
and design - from slope inspections to ground investigation supervision ... AECOM provides a strong foundation to build essential skills and further
my career in the industry."
