Every year on March 8th, the world celebrates International Women’s Day (IWD).

To join in this important event, this year Northrop Grumman is hosting its fourth annual IWD celebration with activities around the globe that recognize the achievements of women throughout our company, our industry and our world.

As part of that recognition and support for our employees, in 2020, Northrop Grumman will hold its biannual Women’s Conference.

It’s part of our opportunity to celebrate our colleagues for who they are and what they do, as we learn alongside each other, laugh together, lift each other up, lean on others and, at all times, lead. We are proud of the dynamic women of Northrop Grumman for their contributions to our company, to the industry and to our communities around the world.

We celebrate Diversity and Inclusion and all the greatness it brings every day in our people - especially the remarkable women of Northrop Grumman. 

That is why, on International Women’s Day and every day, it is so important to recognize, celebrate and inspire women and those who champion them.
