Commitment to gender equality starts at the top

Darius Adamczyk, Chairman & CEO, Honeywell

 IWD 2021

Honeywell is proud to join International Women’s Day in actively celebrating women's achievements and challenging inequity as we strive to create a more inclusive world.

Our commitment to gender equality starts at the top, where we hold our leaders accountable for fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace where women receive equal opportunities.

Our Board of Directors includes four women, including two Black women, and our senior management team includes three women.

We champion programs to help women develop skills that advance their careers, and we invest time and resources to cultivate strong women leaders.

We require all employees to complete unconscious bias training, so they are more aware of the hidden factors that can detract from our goal to foster a performance culture that is totally inclusive.

Our focus on driving gender equality doesn’t stop with what we’re doing internally – we've also forged relationships with organizations that support equal opportunities for women, including programs that educate and inspire young girls to join the next generation of the STEM workforce.

We recognize the unique experiences and perspectives that women bring to our workplace.

Our company’s success rests largely on our ability to attract the world’s best people, women and men, and to fully unlock their potential in an inclusive environment where people are able to perform at the highest level.
