At Arcadis, 50% of our Global Executive team are women and we are committed to improving gender representation across all levels in our business. The appointment of a Global Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Director will further sharpen our focus on building and embedding diverse thinking and inclusive practices across our organisation.
As we do every year, we have a number of initiatives taking place across Arcadis globally in support of International Women’s Day and encourage all Arcadians to play their part in championing gender equality for society's greater good. We must all strive to live in a world where there is gender parity. Only together can we make a difference.
