The working world is undergoing a transformation driven by digitalization, automation, and robotics. This allows employees to redefine how, where, and when they work; also in the field of logistics and Freight Forwarding.

Our Women at DHL Global Forwarding, Freight initiative among others, connects the employees identifying as women, from all ages and heritages including as well allies. The program is structured under different work streams with the overall aspiration of building a visible pathway for more talented women to join and be promoted to leadership roles. I am very proud of what we have accomplished with this project, with all of these measures we are creating a workplace culture that is inclusive and attractive for women.
