For International Women’s Day, we at Endress+Hauser would like to extend our appreciation to all the women around the world, to congratulate them for their valuable contributions and to celebrate their great achievements' day in and day out.

We are joining the world with ever more fervor in breaking the deformity of biases.

An unbiased world is a shinier world, a more balanced world, a more connected world, a world where the word “human” is sufficient to describe all of us. In essence, this is the kind of world and environment we envision for our children and the future generations to come.

At Endress+Hauser, we are proud to have created an unbiased, inclusive, and diversified work environment. This is embedded in our corporate culture.

One of the initiatives that we are running globally to support this is the Women’s Integrated Network (W.I.N.), an initiative that aims to activate the potential of professional women in the process automation industry, with tangible long-term goals to be achieved by 2030 and with clear indicators to measure our success.
