I am delighted to once again celebrate International Women's Day with everyone around the world.

In fact, increasing diversity, equity and inclusion is one of our important management strategies, and we are promoting initiatives that empower diverse people, including women, to play active roles in our company’s management, growth and success.

Last year, we announced a theme for these efforts, diversity and inclusion statement "Bloom the Power of Diversity." Despite the pandemic, we continue to actively promote various diversity and inclusion initiatives in countries around the world.

Respecting diverse people and working as an organization where every individual can demonstrate and achieve their full potential will help the approximately 140,000 employees of NTT DATA Group enhance their lives and careers.
