We value our team members and honor diverse perspectives based on individual experiences.

We foster a sense of belonging through our Employee Resource Network by building awareness, creating community, and supporting each other.

Formed in 2018, our Women’s LINK (Lead. Inspire. Network. Know.) Employee Resource Group provides support for all through community, connection, and development. It is a key group within our Employee Resource Network and plays an important role in advancing gender equity at the organization and beyond.

Some of Women’s LINK’s recent efforts and accomplishments include covering conference registration fees for 19 members through the conference sponsorship program in 2023 to support members’ growth and development. Women’s LINK Circles, which are made up of a small group of team members who meet on a regular basis, continue to provide members opportunities to network and learn from one another. Through One Girl Can, a non-profit that empowers girls and young women in Africa to achieve their goals and earn a meaningful living, Women’s LINK assisted with the tuition for a young woman studying Nursing at St. Paul’s University in Kenya.
