Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging at DHL Global Forwarding (DGF) MEA has helped us accelerate growth to triple our size, achieve a customer satisfaction survey of over 80%, as well as over 90% of satisfied employees. Today, 60% of our business is managed by women leaders.
