As we celebrate International Women's Day this year, we are honored to share a message centered on unity and inclusion, echoing the theme of #InspireInclusion.

At the ANA Group, we are dedicated to fostering a workplace culture where every individual feels valued, respected, and empowered to thrive. Our commitment to this ethos is deeply rooted in our vision of "Uniting the World in Wonder" and our ongoing efforts outlined in our medium-term human resources strategy.

In line with this vision, our medium-term DEI strategy prioritizes three key areas:

• Creating a workplace infused with diversity, equity, and inclusion to enhance employee engagement.
• Ensuring diversity in decision-making bodies and championing an enriched work-life balance.
• Further harnessing the capabilities of our diverse workforce to drive innovation and success.

Recognizing the importance of increasing the ratio of female managers as a vital step towards diversity in decision-making, we have set new targets and are committed to achieving gender equality in our workplace. Our comprehensive approach involves targeted initiatives, support systems, and capacity-building efforts aimed at creating a more inclusive environment.

As we reflect on our journey, we are proud of the progress we have made. Over the past year, we have actively worked towards advancing gender balance, particularly in traditionally underrepresented technical roles. Initiatives like the 25BY2025 Campaign have enabled us to increase women's representation in fields such as engineering and flight operations. Additionally, our expanded outreach and educational programs are nurturing the next generation of female leaders in diverse fields.
