Join this FREE panel event to explore the issues and contribute your views as part of a breakout discussion.
This is event is a must for anyone passionate about encouraging more young women and teenage girls into engineering and STEM.
The event will discuss what collaborative efforts civil engineers and educators can undertake to motivate and nurture the next generation of female engineers.
The event is aimed at sparking interesting conversations, enabling participants from different backgrounds and perspectives to identify barriers and potential solutions to empowering future female engineering leaders.
The event, organised by PA Consulting and ICE Bristol City Club, starts with a complimentary buffet and refreshments.
A panel of senior women in engineering, chaired by ICE Fellow, Caroline Field, will discuss their experiences, impact and challenges and how to encourage the next generation to follow in their footsteps:
