Lit Live is Perth's premiere literature in performance company and on IWD we will celebrate women in words and music bringing together the best female musicians and vocalists to perform songs made famous by women, and read the best short stories written by female authors and performed by some of Perth's best actors.

Featuring singer/pianist Erin Hickey, opera and jazz singer Penny Shaw, Jazz diva Simone Craddock and Lit Live producer and actor Sarah McNeill with emerging young actor Lauren Thomas.

What a Wonderful (Women's World) performs at 1pm at The Ellington Jazz Club in Perth as part of a day of great performances by women artists.

Produced and presented by actor Sarah McNeill, each literary performance is carefully crafted around a theme and includes live musicians.

Lit Live also produces theatrical shows, staged radio plays and play readings and does storytelling for children's events.
