London City of Women 2025

We plan to fill spaces and City streets with women and allies. We will come together to connect, celebrate, sing and march from Leadenhall Market, through the iconic Royal Exchange, to finish at the historic Guildhall Yard.

(Yes, we said sing!)

This year, the performance will also incorporate the words of #WomenInAction, women whose current roles and actions contribute to the engine at the heart of the City’s operations.

EVENT DAY
1.45pm Meet and sing in Leadenhall Market
2pm Move onto the Royal Exchange for an epic performance on the steps with a live band
3pm-3.15pm Finish with a performance in the historic Guildhall Yard

To prepare for the day, all are invited to join at least one of three ‘rehearsal’ sessions. Whether you consider yourself to be a ‘singer’ or not, we welcome all voices and every voice matters to us. You don’t need to be musically experienced as we know first hand the magic that happens when a group of people add their voices to a collective.

Our day of celebration will finish with a performance and drinks reception at the London Stock Exchange Group to close the financial markets for the day (due to capacity, this element is by MIO invite).
