The Institute of Materials, Minerals & Mining (IOM3) presents the Women in Materials, Minerals & Mining (WIM3) group, which has been promoting, motivating, and inspiring women in the industry for over 12 years.

Timed to coincide with International Women's Day (8 March), this in-person seminar marks a historic milestone as IOM3 transitions from one female President to another for the first time. The keynote speech will be delivered by the new IOM3 President, Christine Blackmore CSci CEnv FIMMM, who will share her experiences and vision for the future.

The event will feature speakers from a variety of backgrounds, career stages, and professional paths, offering insights into their journeys. Additionally, a networking session sponsored by James Walker will provide both formal and informal opportunities for attendees to connect with others in the profession and expand their networks across the diverse fields within IOM3.

This event aims to inspire and cultivate valuable connections within the industry.
