International Women’s Day (IWD) aims to celebrate the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women while advocating for gender equality. It has become a global platform for action, making it the perfect opportunity for our Women Empowerment Conference to bring attention to the unique challenges African women and girls face in the UK.
