WorldDenver is proud to host the largest IWD celebration in Colorado at the Infinity Park Event Center in the International Ballroom.

With 700 community and business leaders, elected officials, students & supporters, we will highlight the global accomplishments and power of women and girls in Denver and around the world.

This year, we will highlight the global power and leadership of women across sectors and industries through an Expert Community Panel featuring Women Leaders in STEM, a Student Lounge, and a Keynote & Awards Luncheon Celebration at the Infinity Park Event Center.

Our Keynote speaker is 2024 Presidential Medal of Honor Recipient Ellen Ochoa, the first Latina Astronaut to go to space, former head of the Johnson Space Center, and world-renowned speaker on women’s empowerment and STEM education.

At our celebratory IWD Luncheon, we’ll honor Girls With Books, a nonprofit organization that provides educational opportunities to girls in primary and secondary schools in South Sudan and in the refugee camps in northern Uganda.

We will also be honoring Maria Garcia Berry, a key leader in Denver's Global community, a supporter of leadership opportunities for women and girls, and an advocate for newly-arrived immigrants, refugees, and asylum-seekers.
