Enjoy Kings Heath and Queensbridge School present: 'Stronger Together: International Women's Day 2025'.

Hear from female creatives, activists, politicians and businesswomen. Be inspired by their stories of success, drive and perseverance, in spite of a world that has never been on their side. Celebrate everything that they have been able to achieve, whilst reflecting on the challenges that we are yet to overcome.

Through a combination of interactive workshops, panel discussions and talks, this ambitious event aims to cultivate a sense of creativity and curiosity amongst our wider community, encouraging us to explore and empathise with the experiences of women everywhere.

Here is just a flavour of what you can expect on the day:
* Talks from Emma Round (Performer, Activist and Public Speaker) and Charlie McNeill (DJ and Public Speaker);
* Panel discussion with Catherine & Claire (The Heath Bookshop) and Jenny (How Brave is the Wren);
* Jewellery-making workshop with Faith Pope (Enki);
* Q&A with Sabrina Fung (Blow Water Café);
* 'Introduction to Yoga' with Victoria Lawton (I Am Yogi);
* 'Freedom Programme' taster session with Jacky Mulveen (WE:ARE);
* Perfume-making workshop with Jan (Harvest Skincare);
* Stalls from Anawim and Our Scene CIC.

Join us at Queensbridge School on Saturday 8th March as we come together with communities across the globe to demand change and #AccelerateAction.
