Mary Eniolu

After over 15 years running her law firm, and over 10 years delivering personal and leadership development programmes to teams and executives across various industries, Mary decided to follow her passion to empower others. In 2018, she founded Can Do Academy—a CPD accredited training and development company empowering individuals and organisations to enhance performance, productivity and profitability without compromising well-being. Mary thrives on guiding others to cultivate beliefs and behaviours that serve rather than sabotage their goals, so they can unlock their highest potential.

Mary will be speaking on the topic “From Stuck to Unstoppable: Overcoming Invisible Barriers to Accelerate Your Action”. "Many times, it’s not that we don’t know what to do, it’s that we don’t take action on what we know—often due to unseen factors at play. In this talk, Mary will reveal the invisible barriers that hold us back from taking action and, more importantly, share practical strategies to overcome them and move forward with confidence."
