We are excited to host the International Women’s Day 2025 event, "Women and Business: Measuring the Impact of DEI in Small Business."

This event aims to drive discussions on DEI--Diversity, Equity & Inclusion--, using International Women’s Day as an opportunity to explore the empowerment of women in small business. Our talk session will be based on business data from 540,000 companies using freee's products, providing insights into women’s role in entrepreneurship and management.

By comparing Japan’s small business landscape with large corporations and international trends, we will cover key topics such as women’s work styles, the impact of female leadership in management, and the educational gap in new technologies like AI.

The in-person event will also feature light refreshments, a networking session, and an exclusive office tour of freee, providing attendees with a great opportunity to connect and exchange ideas.
