Join us for our virtual International Women's Day event!

In celebration of International Women’s Day, we invite you to join women and supporters from around the globe to celebrate, connect, and experience the power of peer support and camaraderie with Lean In Circles. 

On March 7th at 8 am PST, Lean In will host a 60-minute virtual event where you’ll have the opportunity to meet new people, connect in small breakout groups, and learn about research-backed strategies to succeed. This session is tailored for women but beneficial to anyone who wants to learn and grow with others

About Lean In Circles 

Lean In Circles provides a space for women to come together to learn new skills, support each other, and be unapologetically ambitious. We provide members with the resources they need to create connections and actively pursue their goals. Circles are tailored for women but are beneficial to anyone. SPEAKER: Dr Tia Jackson-Truitt
With almost 20 years of experience in equity work across various sectors, Tia is passionate about creating and sustaining inclusive cultures that foster belonging, engagement, and innovation.  At the Penn Museum, Tia works closely with her colleagues on the executive leadership team, department leaders, and the broader community to foster inclusion across all museum activities and programs, with a focus on employee experience and community engagement. In addition to her role at the Penn Museum, Tia is also a DEI Training Manager Consultant for the Sheryl Sandberg & Dave Goldberg Family Foundation, where she facilitates engaging and inclusive training sessions for global companies looking to adopt Lean In programs.  Tia is also the Principal Consultant and Founder of Ask Dr Tia, LLC, an executive leadership consulting firm that offers training, speaking, and coaching services to organizations seeking to enhance their practices. Tia holds a PhD in Student Counseling and Personnel Services from the University of Georgia, an MSW from the University of Pennsylvania, and a CID from the Association for Talent Development.
