Our first celebration with IWD was as co-editors of Women Community Leaders and Their Impact as Global Changemakers.

This year’s event promises to be an inspiring and thought-provoking session!

Our session, titled “Accelerating Nonprofit Impact: Women Leaders in Strategic Planning,” will take place virtually at 12:00 PM EST.

This year’s International Women’s Day theme, #AccelerateAction, calls on us to move beyond awareness and take concrete steps toward gender equality and empowerment.

In line with this theme, our panel will explore how women leaders in the nonprofit sector are leveraging strategic planning to drive transformative change and navigate complex change management processes.

Featuring women leaders from nonprofit organizations, the discussion will highlight practical approaches to achieving organizational and societal impact.

Panelists will share how they have used these approaches to align their missions with emerging trends, amplify stakeholder voices, and create sustainable, transformative outcomes.
