Accelerating Action at Belkin so every woman can thrive

 IWD 2025

This International Women’s Day serves as a powerful reminder that achieving gender equality is not just a goal—it’s a necessity.

As a CEO, husband and proud girl-dad, I take this statement on as my responsibility.

We all have a commitment towards ensuring inclusivity and equal opportunities—at Belkin, it’s embedded in how we lead and empower our employees. This doesn’t happen by default—it requires continuous awareness, accountability, and investment.

In both professional and personal intersections, we seek to actively support our female colleagues. Programs like our Women’s Network Group exist to provide a platform for visibility, mentorship, and leadership growth where members can connect and empower each other.

Currently, the percentage of female employees in tech is roughly 25%. At Belkin, women make up 42% of our workforce.

Although we’re ahead of the average, there is always more work to do.

Life happens—both in and out of the office. Belkin employees can work flexibly, enabling the family unit to thrive while still getting the job done.

Of course there’s today to consider, but also tomorrow. Therefore, we actively invest in the next generation of female leaders.

Through our partnership with Kode With Klossy, we proudly host a coding camp for girls aged 13-18 at our global headquarters, inspiring the next wave of innovators and problem-solvers in STEM. This work is ongoing, and we continuously seek new opportunities and ways to accelerate our actions to break down the barriers and biases women face.

But our mission is clear: to create an environment where every woman—regardless of role or background—can thrive.
