Across the world, women continue to face barriers—some deeply rooted, others reemerging in places where progress once felt certain.

This is a time to step forward, not back—a moment to reaffirm why our voices, our actions, and our collective strength matter.

I stand as an ally—listening, learning, and using my voice to uplift and amplify the power, potential, and achievements of women everywhere and this International Women’s Day, we’re asking everyone to take action:

Spread joy, champion empathy, and use your voice for good, so together, we can make progress for women and create a more balanced world.

For 139 years, Avon has championed entrepreneurship and continues to create opportunities for our community of Representatives to earn and learn on their own terms.

Together, we’ve supported millions of women and girls through our programmes and partnerships, donating $1.1 billion to causes that empower, educate, and create safe spaces for women.

We’re continuing to raise vital funds this month with proceeds from sales of a range of limited-edition products going directly to support women. And, within our internal network – we’re proud to offer inclusive policies such as a menopause policy and a gender-based violence policy and to nurture a culture where everyone can thrive.

Together, we can build a world that lifts women up, celebrates their achievements, and keeps progress moving forward. Because a better world for women, is a better world for all.
