On International Women's Day, March 8, 2025, I want to take a moment to recognize and express my respect for the women around the world on behalf of everyone at NTT DATA.

With NTT DATA operating in over 50 countries and regions, including Japan, and nearly 200,000 professionals working together, our diverse teams are essential to meeting the unique needs of our customers and addressing the challenges we face globally.

To deliver value, it’s crucial we leverage the variety of skills, experiences, and perspectives within our company.

We understand that respecting diversity and fostering an inclusive environment strengthens our organization.

Equal opportunities for success should be available to all employees.

Creating a workplace where employees can truly thrive and grow is fundamental to our values.

Yet, as we reflect on this day, we must also continuously assess how we can improve and advance inclusion not only within our organization, but also in our industry and society as a whole.
