The next Ladies Who Long Lunch event will be the 2026 International Women's Day lunch at The Guineas Room, Eagle Farm Racecourse at Ascot (Brisbane).

The Guineas Room overlooks the Eagle Farm mounting yard.

Acknowledging and celebrating achievements by women in business around Australia, the event will include a mix of race day fun, a touch of glamour with the Ladies Who Long Lunch program including special Guest Speakers, a feature race, whilst highlight amazing women and their stories.

Our guest speaker's careers reflect the amazing ways women are building professional pathways for themselves and others around them.

Eagle Farm Racecourse Entry:
- Included with each Ladies Who Long Lunch International Women's Day Lunch ticket is Eagle Farm Racecourse general entry, BRC Members stand entry, participation in event activations as part of 2026 Girls Day Out.
- You will receive a separate Eagle Farm racecourse entry ticket in the days immediately prior to the event date.
- Email addresses provided at the time of ticket check-out will be used to distribute these entry tickets.
- Guests must have the Eagle Farm racecourse entry ticket with them at all times for entry into the racecourse, Members area, and access points to the Guineas Room.


The Lunch:
- Two course lunch prepared by chefs from Eagle Farm Racecourse who are renowned for their bespoke menus and service,
- The beautiful two course menu includes a shared plate of desserts,
- 3 hour beverage package including Sparkling, White, Red, Beer, Soft Drink & Juice. Cash bar for other.
