The Women’s Commercial Finance Forum invites you to join us for a thoughtful International Women’s Day event focused on resilience, leadership and the importance of safe, inclusive communities.

Aligned with the UN Women Australia 2026 theme Balance the Scales, The Courage to Rise brings together women from across the commercial finance industry to reflect on the role of voice, support and opportunity - both personally and professionally.

At the centre of the event is a conversation with Lauren Huxley, guided by Jane Counsel, where Lauren will share her lived experience of overcoming violence, rebuilding her life, and finding her voice again. This session explores resilience, courage, and what becomes possible when women are supported and heard.

You will also hear from:

Victoria Coster & Beth Comino (FIT Solutions) - sharing insights into their work empowering young women through financial literacy education
Treyena Prasad (Loan Options) - reflecting on her professional journey within the finance industry

The afternoon will be hosted by WCFF Head of Forum, Donelle Brooks, and includes time to connect with other women across the industry.
