Prudence Productions / SPACE Boston is a women-led community initiative dedicated to leadership development, community empowerment, and creating spaces where every voice matters.

Inspired by the message, “Together we’re shaping a world where every voice matters,” this International Women’s Day celebration brings together women leaders and emerging voices to honor leadership, resilience, and civic impact across our communities.

Women Wear Many Hats – Give to Gain is an intergenerational leadership gathering that connects women from healthcare, education, business, life sciences, and community organizations alongside students and young leaders from across Greater Boston.

Through leadership storytelling, community dialogue, and youth-focused moments, the event aims to inspire the next generation while strengthening collaboration and visibility for women leaders.

This event welcomes community leaders, educators, professionals, students, and allies who believe in empowering women and building stronger communities together.
