HCL Red Ladder Awards celebrate women's success

HCL's Red Ladder initiative helps women in the workplace aim high and reach further in their careers. Via a range of initiatives and awards, HCL's gender inclusion program identifies high performing women and supports them in taking next steps towards effective leadership roles. HCL's Red Ladder Women in Outsourcing Awards (launched in 2016) identify, recognize and award high-performing and high-potential women leaders and leverage them as role models for other aspiring women.
