The countdown is on for International Women's Day (IWD).

The heart gesture is an identifiable way to show support for IWD 2024 campaign theme promoting women's inclusion - regardless of race, age, ability, faith, body image, and how they identify.

Woman-owned company in Ghana, West Africa, Charterhouse Productions, is running a special IWD #InspireInclusion campaign that sees its community step forward and support the International Women's Day 2024 call to #InspireInclusion.
Charterhouse Productions is a marcoms, events and audio-visual production firm run by co-founder and CEO Therea Ayoade. Across its social media platforms, Charterhouse Productions called for its followers to share their images striking the #InspireInclusion pose.

Hosting Ghana's biggest conference for women
In addition to its ongoing #InspireInclusion campaign, Charterhouse Productions hosts its annual National Women’s Summit & EXPO on March 8 to celebrate International Women's Day.
Taking place at the Grand Arena (AICC) in Accra, Ghana's capital city, the Summit is the country's biggest conference for women that celebrates their contribution to the growth and development of Ghana.
The Summit brings together female speakers and panelists across different professions, generations, and backgrounds to share their insights around inspiring inclusion.

Theresa is also a philanthropist and is an adopted parent of the Royal Seed Orphanage, a residential children's home based in Ofaakor, Ghana, that provides food, shelter, and education for the needy and homeless.
