F1 Academy is shifting the narrative as they accelerate action for women in motorsport

"This International Women’s Day we’re shifting the narrative and accelerating action. Our F1 Academy drivers and Managing Director Susie Wolff are here to tell you that the world is changing, and women belong in motorsport - #IWD2025 #AccelerateAction," said F1 Academy.

Sending a very clear message on International Women's Day (IWD) 2025, F1 Academy launched an extremely impressive video. 

It's certainly time to accelerate action for gender equality in motorsport, and F1 Academy is driving the charge.

They told us we couldn’t so we just pushed harder

"You thought that we didn't belong in this world," starts the video with driver Chloe Chambers.

"You dismissed us," continues the conversation with Courtney Crone.

"You said we didn't deserve this,"says French racing driver Doriane Pin, who is part of the Iron Dames programme.

"Well, we did not listen," adds Nicole Havrda.

"We forged ahead," says Ella Lloyd.

"We saw a better future," says Aurelia Nobels.

"One that valued our talent, speed and courage," says Alisha Palmowski.

"And we never gave in."

"Come here, look again," encourages Lia Block.

"And now, the world is waking up."

"Because you can't ignore what's in front of your eyes."

"Now you see us," says Maya Weug.

"And we're just beginning," says Alba Larsen.

"This International Women's Day, join us to Accelerate Action. Together we drive change."

"As we approach International Women’s Day, we’re celebrating the women Accelerating Action in motorsport," said F1 Academy.
