Anitab.org London Community leader who actively champions inclusion and diversity

Liza is an Anitab.org  London Community leader and actively promotes inclusion and diversity.

She works at Eurostar International as a Lead Data & Analytics Manager and is an active member of its Inclusion and diversity committee.

With a degree in Computing and a master’s in business Intelligence and Analytics, saw her start a career in Tech by working in financial services as a Support Analyst and eventually on a path of working in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.

Her support of driving for inclusion started by being one of the founders of a London Credit Union serving as a Director, holding the posts of General Secretary and Compliance Officer.

As an Anitab.org London Community leader, Liz has been an active member since 2017  she is currently serving as the Chapter Point of Contact. She actively promotes inclusion and diversity.  

A woman of colour working in tech for over 20 years she felt it her time to give back to help retain women in tech and encourage those who want to get into tech. Becoming the chapter point of contact in  2019 has led the community to focus on mid-career women by producing programs of empowerment for career development.  

Alongside, she has mentored several women on areas such as pay equity, better self-branding which has seen them all move into better-paid job but more importantly gain a career path.
