Arthi Rabikrisson

Helping millennial highflyers craft a successful personal brand through neuroscience

Arthi Rabikrisson is Founder and Managing Director of Prerna Advisory, based in South Africa, that focuses on neuroscience-based coaching and assessment for individuals, teams and corporates; strategic business consulting to SME’s; and capital introduction to alternative
funding sources, predominantly from UHNWIs, family offices, DFIs and SWFs.
Over the course of an intensive 15-year corporate career in the investments industry, Arthi has led multiple, successful initiatives (among them equity research, talent management, capital raising, portfolio management, transformation, and coaching) across geographies and client segments in business.
Her most recent corporate role within Institutional Business Development allowed her to expand her expertise in capital raising across investment classes (from passive investments to listed equities and debt, to more detailed impact investments) as well as gaining detailed knowledge of and access to a wide segment of institutional clients.
This unique value chain of expertise and experience means that Arthi has a wealth of
unconventional insights in these environments, which is relatable and transferable across
industries. Her specific approach to relationship advancement has built and sustained
enviable networks of institutional investors spanning the globe.

Arthi is an MBA graduate from Henley Business School, having been awarded the prestigious
Archbishop Desmond Tutu scholarship at the age of 26 to complete her studies. Her thesis on
EI in teams to attain competitive advantage in financial firms was awarded a distinction. She
went on to achieve her Professional Certificate in Coaching and Behavioural Change through
Henley Business School also.
Arthi is an ACC ICF accredited coach and a member of ICF, Master Partner Practitioner for the Neuro-Agility Profile™ Assessment, and a member and contributor on the Forbes Coaches Council on the expert panel and self-authored articles.

She serves as an Academic Tutor for MBA candidates at Henley Business School Africa and is also listed on the executive panel of coaches for a number of South African companies.
Arthi has focused her worked predominantly in women empowerment and development,
where using her coaching, strategy, sales and finance skills, she helps women craft their
personal and business brands holistically and with confidence.
She is a mentor on the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women in Business.
Arthi hosts the growing' Inspire your Life' podcast, aimed at bringing uplifting stories of real people, with implementable advice and lessons learned for listener’s benefit. SHe further co-hosts 'The Swan Effect' podcast which is aimed at simplifying the complexities around managing money and personal finances.
Arthi is also an Independent Non-executive Director of Global Grassroots, an NGO focusing on woman empowerment in vulnerable communities, currently undertaking projects in Rwanda and Uganda.
