Anju is a super passionate and energetic thought leader in DEI. She founded MEA Consulting Group, an innovative consultancy which delivers thought provoking diversity and inclusion training to the Government, Charities, FTSE 250 companies. Anju is a Business Mentor for the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women and a motivational speaker.

Anju has been recently appointed Chief Product Officer for Virtual Bodyworks, leading the design of cutting edge virtual reality D&I training using virtual embodiment, a concept scientifically proven to reduce unconscious bias.

Anju is a visionary. She features regularly in the media as a TV News Guest for the BBC as a newspaper reviewer, diversity expert and is featured in Forbes. Her public appearances include speaking at the Olympic Stadium, Good Morning Britain and the Guardian News & Media offices.

She was showcased as an inspirational leader for UWC South East Asia and was nominated for Asian Woman Achievement Awards 2021. She completed Gender Diversity Executive Education at INSEAD Business School. She has 12 years prior experience working on the trading floor for global Investment Banks.
