Gail Emms MBE is an Olympic medalist and World Championship winning badminton player. She delivers world class talks to organisations across the world on building teams, high performance and gender issues. Having represented England at the top level for over a decade. She has first hand experience at building a successful career in a highly competitive environment.

Since her retirement, Gail has presented for the biggest media channels in sport including BBC, Sky and BT Sports. Her coaching career has seen her support and empower women in sport and encouraged mixed gender pairs within badminton.

Gail is not only an inspiring sports woman but also a loving mother, Gail Emms has become the face and voice of badminton undertaking broadcasting and commentary roles for the sport. She is perfect adaptable to multiple event types bringing her Olympic experience and fantastic attitude to motivate and inspire any audience.
