Dr Rachel Ellison MBE is a former BBC news reporter, now Executive Leadership Coach. She works with C-suite leaders in more than 40 different countries, cultures and organisational systems.

She was awarded an MBE 'for the promotion of human rights and the self-empowerment of women in Afghanistan'. Her team was named BBC Team of the Year.

Volunteering:

Rachel coached NHS staff of any level, working on Covid wards during the Pandemic of 2020.

She is a 'return-to-work coach' for Macmillan Cancer Care.

Rachel launched a neighborhood Food Bank hub supplying fresh fruit & vegetables, children's books, footballs, homework materials and clothing to vulnerable individuals and families.

Heating or Eating? Rachel's 'Hot Water Bottle' campaign during the energy crisis was described as ‘the single most effective intervention this Winter - our children are so excited to have a warm bed to sleep in’.
