That is the purpose of my keynote:
“Deconstructing Empowerment, Reclaiming Power: A Systemic Shift.”

This 60-minute interactive session is built for teams and leaders ready to move beyond superficial frameworks. We will deconstruct the limiting narrative of "granted" empowerment and focus on the practical work of reclaiming agency and dismantling systemic barriers.

We will focus on:
- Power, Not Permission: Shifting from seeking empowerment to strategically reclaiming power within systems.
- Alliance Over Individualism: Building durable, intersectional solidarity that replaces the myth of solitary success.
- Actionable Frameworks: Providing concrete tools for meaningful action, not just reflection.
