Esther Kyerewaa Twumasi

Advocate for young women in agribusiness, empowering communities through capacity building, sustainable farming innovations, and environmental impact strategies.

Esther Kyerewaa Twumasi is a seasoned Public Relations and Journalism professional with over a decade of experience in media relations, strategic alliances, campaign execution, and innovative strategies for both local and international organizations.

A Beauty Queen and Agriculture Advocate, Esther was Ghana’s Most Beautiful 2nd Runner-Up in 2016, where she used her platform to promote agribusiness. She is the visionary behind the Miss Agriculture Ghana Project, an Agro-Beauty Pageant showcasing the attractive opportunities in agriculture and encouraging young women to own lands and lead projects in agribusiness.

Esther is also the founder of the CHICK4CHICKS Initiative, empowering women in poultry farming, and co-founder of the Chamber of Women in Agribusiness Ghana (CHAWA), which supports Ghanaian female farmers through innovative collaborations.

Her passion for youth empowerment in agriculture led her to excel in the Agric in Ghana National Essay Competition, earning recognition as a Top 5 finalist.

Academically, Esther holds a Master’s in Communication and International Marketing and is currently pursuing an MBA in Impact Entrepreneurship and Innovation. She is also a certified Carbon Auditing professional and an Accredited Public Relations Practitioner with Women in Public Relations Ghana (WIPR).

Esther’s mission is to inspire, empower, and create sustainable opportunities for women in agribusiness.
