Habiba Balogun is an Organisation Effectiveness and HR Consultant with over 28 years leadership experience. She is an executive and leadership coach, a sought-after moderator, teambuilder, trainer, and public speaker.  She is a diversity champion, social justice activist and one of the Lagos coordinators for the Bring Back Our Girls movement.

Since 2017 she has rolled out context-specific diversity, inclusion, harassment & discrimination policies and training for organisations.  She has produced multimedia training resources for Africans and published nationwide research in 2020 on the extent and type of bullying, harassment & discrimination in Nigeria’s workplaces.

Since 2020 she has been responsible for providing professional skills and career enhancing training to over 1000 women as part of leadership initiatives and mentoring programmes.

Habiba is multi-lingual, speaking her native Ebira and 5 European languages. She is a fellow of the Aspen Leadership Network, the Africa Leadership Initiative West Africa, and the Africa Board Fellowship. She is an experienced board member who has served on several for-profit, NGO, Women and social entrepreneurship boards.
