Human Resources Manager with two and half years experience within Marriott Ltd

I started working at Marriott Ltd two years ago without any training. Six months in, Covid-19 hit and I was working from a closed hotel dealing with situations that had never occurred before. Learning on the job, adapting to a cold building with no associates present. Now everything has come back; I am learning the "Marriott way" and have undergone training for 'Foundations of Leadership' and CIPD Level 5; alongside an Apprenticeship. Looking onwards and upwards of where I can go within the Marriott family.
