Imposter syndrome specialist - Speaker, therapist, coach & trainer
Yasmina is a Speaker, Rapid Transformational Therapist, Coach and Trainer. She specialises in helping professionals in under represented groups overcome low confidence, imposter syndrome and self sabotage. Much of Yasmina's corporate work falls under gender and BAME/BIPOC diversity initiatives where she speaks, teaches and coaches in areas including imposter syndrome, cultural competence, wellbeing and inclusion.
Yasmina has worked with companies in the UK, Europe, Africa, North America and the Asia Pacific region; delivering training to attendees in over 25 countries within sectors including beauty, tech, healthcare, education and recruitment.
On the 1-2-1 side of her work, Yasmina supports individuals to get to the next stage of their life and/or career providing a space for clarity, support, accountability and deep healing.
Prior to her current career, Yasmina worked at a senior level in the charity and education sectors and achieved a masters in International Economic Law, Justice and Development. She is passionate about equity, personal empowerment and helping people overcome internal and external barriers to reaching their potential.
