Startup Mentor and a PhD Scholar in Technology Entrepreneurship

Ms Ambreen is a PhD Scholar and MS qualified professional (Gold Medalist) in Commerce, she is currently serving as a Senior Lecturer at UCP Business School. She has vast experience of working with various financial and educational institutions of Lahore including the Office of Research, innovation, and Commercialization (UCP), State Bank of Pakistan (Lahore Division), British Council, SMEDA, and United Nations Industrial Development Office (UNODC). She has received the ‘Best Teacher Award’ from the University of Central Punjab in 2017. She is currently involved in research with the University of Notre Dame (USA) for promoting entrepreneurial activities. She has initiated Samsung innovation Campus training on Artificial Intelligence at the university level.

Ms Ambreen has also organized and delivered sessions on Entrepreneurship in collaboration with NIC Plan9 (Lahore) UNODC, IBTEDA trainers, IBA, Karachi, (Aman Centre of Entrepreneurship) and SMEDA. She has been recognized by UCP as the ‘Best Women Researcher in 2021’

She has designed and organized many entrepreneurship certified training, workshops, seminars, and webinars at UCP. She has a huge number of publications in HEC recognized and impact factor journals of Emerald, Springer and Taylor & Francis Group and presented research work in various international conferences. She is also in the reviewer's committee of international journals, national and international conferences. She has also served as an Assistant Editor of 'Paradigms' journal of UCP. Her expertise includes high command over Entrepreneurial Finance, Financial Models, and Technology Entrepreneurship.
