Empowering women to lead with confidence, influence and impact, and helping companies be inclusive
Carol Stewart is an Executive, Career, and Leadership Coach, Speaker, and Author. She believes that if ALL women had the confidence to achieve their full potential and had access to opportunities, they would bring about positive change in their respective fields for social justice. Her mission is to empower women to achieve this. As well as to dismantle the barriers that hold women, the global majority, and introverts back. She provides a range of talks and workshops that help accomplish this.
Carol has empowered and encouraged 1000s of women across the world with her coaching, writing, and inspirational talks and workshops. Her TEDx talk Introverts Make Great Leaders Too and her book Quietly Visible: Leading With Influence and Impact as an Introverted Woman have resulted in her being sought after to speak on the topic of introversion, and women's leadership in the UK and the US.
She has been the featured expert in Women and Home magazine, Good Housekeeping Magazine, the Telegraph, and other media outlets. She is a 5 times LinkedIn Top Voice UK (including Top Voice for Gender Equity 2022), has received awards for developing women leaders, and is a semi regular columnist for the Sheffield Telegraph.
Absolutely wonderful! For anyone that I had a meeting with that day, everyone was more empathetic and tried to be inclusive of different types of communication/feedback. It feels like people were really connected with the content and were inspired to take steps towards inclusivity.

Just to say I did not know what to expect when I attended Carol Stewart's session and I am normally a person who does not think just a talk can help me see and change things in my life.
Carol’s session helped me reflect a lot I am an introvert and struggle a lot in my management because of this. Thank you to your team for putting this together.
