Erin Ransom
Award-winning Vice President of Revenue Operations at Sierra Wireless
Erin Ransom is Vice President of Revenue Operations at Sierra Wireless. She has led teams in Sales Operations, Business Systems, Sales Enablement and Product Marketing.
In 2019, Erin was nominated for two Women in IT Canada awards: Digital Leader of the Year and Data Leader of the Year. She is an active mentor to other women and enjoys speaking at leadership events. She was presented with an Award of Excellence at the 8th Global Women’s Leadership Summit in Toronto.
She has spoken on the topics of leadership, women & asking for a promotion, and the role of culture on equality.
Outside of work, Erin is a mother to three young boys. She has a passion for cycling and in 2022 took 1st place in a 3 day ultra-endurance mountain bike race across parts of the Canadian shield.
